It all started when a couple of NYC softball players, in trying to make their lives easier, designed a Backpack to carry their equipment (bats, cleats, gloves, team uniforms etc.) while riding a bike or rollerblading to the fields.

After rave reviews on and off the field, requests started coming in for a better gym bag. We obliged by creating the perfect Locker Bag.

Next up was a bag for the weekend warrior. Carrying in-line skates or snowboard boots and all equipment was a major pain in the butt. So followed the evolution of "Rad Boot Bag".

By this time, Cheshire Gear really knew they were on to something. Urban dwellers, young and old, male and female, needed bags that matched specific needs.
